on the right of my blog under "followers" click "follow this blog" or something like that. I just added that. for you :)
the other way is: on your "dashboard", towards the bottom there's a box with three tabs on the top. The first tab is 'blogs I'm following'. Click that, then at the bottom, hit 'add' and copy and paste the link of ANY blog you want to follow. (even ones that aren't on blogspot, but I don't LJ works).
